Why the product is made after you order it ?

The people and artists in the slum area don't have enough money to keep the products ready in advance.

Our aim is to provide customers with products based on their preferences and requirements, whether it's in terms of design or color.

Pre-ordering helps to solve the problem for both parties. We are fully capable of working on customization as well.

When a customer places an order, if the artist has that design ready, we immediately give it a finishing touch and dispatch it. If not, we start making it from scratch. Then, our team checks the product's quality, and after dispatch, it reaches you. All our products are handmade, even if it's a saree or any other item.

Handmaking any product takes time, and you can find the time required to make each product in their respective descriptions. The making process of each product is also mentioned in the description. If a product is available, it will be dispatched to you within 2-3 days, and if not, it will be dispatched within 15-20 days. You will be informed about this through timely emails or calls.
