• No minimum order value – every handmade product matters.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A standard shipping fee of ₹99–₹149 may apply on smaller orders.
• Delivery timeline: 5–10 business days, depending on location.

Domestic Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only in cases of defective or wrong products.
• To claim, customers must record an unboxing video and share it within 48 hours of delivery.
• Without a video, claims cannot be processed.
